Refunds and Returns

  • *We cannot accept returns on Sale Items or Gift Cards &/or Gift Card Purchases.
  • A 30-day return policy applies, starting from the day you receive your item.
  • Eligibility for a return requires that the item is in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@elitedancer.au. We'll provide return instructions and the return address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, personalized items, and personal care goods.
  • We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

  • If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may take some time.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@elitedancer.au.

Dispatching and Shipping

Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 working days to ensure cleared funds.

Shipping within Australia:

  • Orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post. For large orders, we may contact you to confirm the shipping method.

Delivery Times within Australia:

  • Orders in Metropolitan Areas should arrive within 3 working days after order processing.
  • In Regional Areas, delivery may take up to 7 working days after order processing. For larger orders where a courier is used, we will contact you with delivery times.

Delays:

  • If there is a delay dispatching your order, we will notify you and provide an expected dispatching date.
  • Delivery delays may vary based on your location. If there's a substantial delay, we'll inform you of a new posting date.

Shipping Costs:

  • All prices exclude Postage & Handling (P&H) within Australia.

Returns for Exchange or Refund:

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns must be pre-authorized by Elite Dancer, with an acceptable reason before a refund is authorized.
  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Shipping/handling charges cannot be refunded.
  • A 20% fee is applicable for items requested for refund, unless an exchange is preferred.
  • We recommend trying on shoes for the first time on a clean, soft surface like a carpet to avoid soiling the soles.

Returns for Exchange:

  • If you return order for an exchange, an additional charge of $19.95, including GST, will be applied to cover postage and packaging. This charge will be placed on the original credit card used for the purchase.

  • The manufacturer reserves the right to make design, material, or specification alterations to items in our collection as part of ongoing improvement efforts.
