Next edition
DSA lists 21 March 2027 at Croatian Club Adelaide as proposed. Entries are not yet open. Confirm the date and new syllabus before booking; the costs and programme below belong to 2026.
2026 programme
The 15 March championship was at 15 Wood Avenue, Brompton. Sunday events began at 9:30am, with an evening session at 7pm. The programme included graded, Open, solo, recreational, coached, ProAm and inclusive events across the main styles.
2026 entry and admission
Entries closed 16 February through DSA. Event fees and competitor admission were paid online; unpaid fees prevented back-number issue. Early-bird competitor admission was AUD $60 adult/$30 U16 if paid by 31 January. Published Sunday admission was $65 adult/$55 concession/$35 U16; workshops and the Saturday Ball were separately priced.
Planning the next visit
Use the new pack to distinguish competition, workshop and Ball bookings. Organiser enquiries: Rhett English, 0413 596 644. The 2026 brochure advertised free on-site parking; recheck that arrangement for the next edition.
Your preparation checklist
Create separate budget lines for competition entries, admission, coaching or workshops, and accommodation. If combining the weekend activities, allow recovery time rather than filling every gap with another lesson. Do not carry the 2026 early-bird deadline or ticket prices into your 2027 booking.
Check the shoes you already train in before deciding whether anything needs replacing. Use our fit and sizing guide and shoe-care and heel-protector guide. Trial changes during practice, with enough time to resolve fit issues before competing.
